LodeRail™ Enclosed Track, Crane System. The picture (above) shows a freestanding crane system with two bridges and two support assemblies. One bridge has electric flat cable festooning. The other bridge has air hose festooning. An electric hoist with mechanical clamp tool and an air balancer with vacuum tool (operator location) are shown hanging from the bridges.

Freestanding Enclosed Track Crane System
The LodeRail enclosed track freestanding system features all-steel construction, rigid runways, and it is completely self-supporting with no "X" or sway bracing to the building required. Free moving end trucks feature two horizontal wheels that center the truck within the track. Hoist trolleys contain a load bar for easily attaching a hoist.
Hanger assemblies are furnished for ceiling suspended systems. These styles also contain hanger drop rods and electric, air, or vacuum trolley festooning.
Lightweight jib cranes and monorails also available.
- Durable all-steel construction. Steel durability for years of service
- Portability-No foundations are required, just 6 inches (nominal) of 2,500 psi concrete
- Unique 45 degree support assembly connections. The mitered connections provide a much larger “bearing” surface than “butt” joint connections.
- Replaceable hoist trolley and end-truck wheels. Simply remove the component from the system, remove the snap-ring from the wheel axle, and then install the new wheel.
- Bolt-together assembly. No welding is required. Hand tools are used to assemble the crane components.
- Also included as standard is a festoon system. 14-4 flat electric wire or ½” straight or coiled air hose.
